Use the Exfoliating Hammam Gloves (Kese-Mitt) after removing the make-up. Before first use, wash it with lots of hot water and soap and then rinse it with clean water until there is no soap in it.
After you take a shower with hot water and soap, then rinse yourself . You have to apply the Kese-mitt when you get sweat a little.
If the ambience is hot enough, you have to sweat fairly good, then soap and rinse yourself with warm water, after that, kese has to be applied on the skin with horizontal and long rubbing movements without applying on the same place. During the application, kese is never soaped or put any other cleaning material on it. Without forgetting that we use kese to clean dirt and dead skin, extreme application must not be done on the same place.
After you clean the dirt and dead skin which kese takes out, you have to rinse yourself with soapy fiber.
It is adviced that you apply kese every ten days but for cellulite cure, it is recommended by the specialists that you apply massage with kese gently on the cellulite part every day.
