Microprocessor based ultrasonic cleaning system used in hospitals is a two chamber or three chamber cleaning machine consisting of

• Ultrasonic tank,
• Rinsing tank,
• Drying tank.

ULTRASONIC TANK

There are in all 3 cycles of operation in the ultrasonic tank;

• Water In, in which the water starts flowing in the tank for a preset time
• Ultrasonic, in which the objects are cleaned by ultrasonic cavitations
• Ultrasonic with Swinging, in which the basket containing the objects starts swinging in the ultrasonic tank and are thoroughly cleaned by dual action of ultrasonic cavitations and swinging movements

RINSING TANK

There are in all 4 operations in the rinsing tank;

• Water In, in which the water starts flowing in the tank for a preset time
• Swinging, in which the basket will be swinged in plain water to remove cleaning media adhered to the objects.
• Water Out, in which the water present in the tank will be completely drained
• Spray Rinse, Swinging, Water Out, in which the fresh water will be continuously sprayed on the objects by means of high pressure water jets along with continuous swinging actions. The water accumulated in the tank will be continuously drained off thus ensuring completely rinsed objects.

All the cycles of operation are automatically controlled by a sequential timer as per the programmed preset timings

DRYING TANKThe objects are dried in the drying tank by means of high pressure blower which is used to blow hot air inside the tank
