We manufacture wide range of CRNGO & CRGO E & I transformer lamination and customized electrical stampings, which are fabricated with progressive tools& with the help of quality presses, using premium quality raw material. The utmost care is taken in raw material procurement & manufacturing process to attain electrical as well as dimensional properties. Due to having in house tools manufacturing facility we can develop the critical stampings which are required in various special applications also.
We have almost a complete range of E & Laminations from Type 17 to Type 8C. Three phase laminations mainly required for manufacturing chokes of Low KVA ratings. Beside these we have special range of E & I laminations which are used for manufacturing special transformers mainly used in Automobile Industrial or Welding transformer applications.
We offer wide range of Mitred Laminations mainly required for Distribution transformers. Manufactured from high grade CRGO Steel with guaranteed losses, dimensional accuracy, and excellent stacking factor are the key features. At present we supply laminations only for the products rating from 25 KVA to 1MVA.
These days are the days of power management. The awareness in saving the power losses due to harmonic distortions is increased. And so as the products for compensating power losses such as chokes, reactors are having lot of potential buyers in India. We have a developed a special range of stampings & its tooling by which reactors up to 150KVAR & more can be manufactured. At the same time we met all the conventional CRGO & CRNGO strips requirements which are required by manufacturers of WELDING MACHINS to CTPT. For HIGHER KVA TRANSFORMERS to special purpose RECTIFIERS.
