INSTAFLOOR OL is a self leveling proprietary blend of powders based on geopolymer technology used as overlayment as well as underlayment to provide hard, flat and smooth surface without shrinkage or cracking for industrial, commercial and residential applications. It is also used for repairing damaged or uneven flooring or for topping rough or spalled concrete. INSTAFLOOROL an Ecofriendly Product. It is a single component powder that is water activated. INSTAFLOOR OL applied surface can be ground and polished to a high gloss finish within 24 hours of placement. Substrates must be stable, solid and structurally sound. Repair deep areas, holes and cracks with ECOFILL or ECOPATCH MIXING GUIDELINES (30°C) Use about 900ml of water for 5kg of powder. For mixing use a mixer blade turning @ 500 to 800 RPM. Initially the mixture may appear very dry. Mix for 3-4 minutes adding NO EXTRA WATER until lump free smooth flowable slurry is obtained. SITE TEMPERATURE MIXING TIME * Mixing times are based on using 20C to 27C temperature mixing water. During usage of higher temperature mixing water, the mixing time to be shortened appropriately. The above mixing times are indicative only. Where mixing time is critical an trail mix is recommended. 50° - 35°C 3 - 5 Minutes 35° - 25°C 5 - 7 Minutes 25° - 10°C Until the slurry becomes warm - 10 Min WORKING TIME (at 30°C) INSTAFLOOR - OL has an approximate working time of 25 minutes at 30°C Hot Weather Condition: The working time will be shortened which can be marginally increased by using cold water and further extended by retarder supplied us, if required Cold Weather Condition: The working time will be extended which can be marginally decreased by using hot water and further shortened by accelerator supplied by us, if required APPLICAITON GUIDELINES (at 30°C) Pour the INSTAFLOOR OL on the floor and spread with suitable equipments like spike shoes, spreader, etc. It is recommended to use spike rollers to remove the entrapped air bubbles for smooth surface finish. It is recommended that the INSTAFLOOR OL to be mixed in two / multiple drums simultaneously, mixing in one while pouring the other(s). It can also be pumped to increase the productivity and continuous smooth placement. When the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C at the application area, after the initial set cover the INSTAFLOOR OL applied surface with plastic sheets or suitable material to avoid drastic water loss and cracks due to it. Remember to wash off all the equipments immediately. INSTRUCTION TO USE Do not split the content of a single packing. Mix the entire contents of a single packing at a time Do not add excess water than specified as the material is very sensitive to water cement ratio Mixed slurry should be applied onto the substrate immediately as the material tend to set fast Wash off all the equipment immediately upon application as the material tend to set fast
HEATAWAY™ is a high quality inorganic polymer based binder single pack pre-mixed, consisting of specialty fillers and infrared reflective pigments to reflect the heat. When mixed with water, it readily blends to produce a semi-flexible slurry coat for outdoor and indoor applications. It forms tenacious bonding with almost all substrates. HEATAWAY™ is easy to apply, safe to work with and requires no special equipment. HEATAWAY™ is an Eco Friendly Material. It does not contain any white cement or lime or resin and comparing to them highly durable and long lasting – American Green Binder based Technology and first time in Asia. Surfaces to receive HEATAWAY™ should be clean and free from unsound materials, oil, grease and other contaminants. Before applying HEATAWAY™, the substrate surface should be inspected to confirm its cleanliness to ensure the adhesion properties. If the climate is hot, water shall be sprinkled on surface and the substrate should be pre-wetted to a saturated dry condition before applying the HEATAWAY™.
ECOPATCH®CR is a single component proprietary blend of powders based on geopolymer technology that is water activated and used for repair / rehabilitation / re-surfacing of horizontal concrete surfaces. It has been specifically formulated to produce superior bond strength coupled with quick setting and high early strength gain that allows the repaired surfaces to be used or opened to traffic within a short period of time. The non-shrink nature of material along with much closer co-efficient of thermal expansion with the host concrete helps in extending the durability of the repair mortar. Clean the surface with wire brush followed by compressed air. Edges shall be prepared professionally using concrete cutting tools. Repair deep areas, holes and non-moving cracks with ECOPATCH®/ECOFILL® prior to application of ECOPATCH®-CR. MIXING GUIDELINES (at 30°C) Add about 120 ml of water to 1 kg of powder. Mix using a mixer blade rotating @ 500 to 800 RPM. Initially the mixture may appear very dry. But do not add more water as increasing the water content more than specified will drastically affect the final properties of the product. Keep mixing for about 3-5 minutes. The material will dissolve and form smooth slurry. At this point pour the mix in the repair area. Remember to wash off all the equipment immediately. The non-sag property of INSTAPLAST coupled with quick setting nature makes it ideal for vertical and overhead repairs without the loss of material. SUFACE PREPARATION Surfaces to receive INSTAPLAST shall be cleaned thoroughly using blowers, wire brush, water jet, etc., Edges must be prepared professionally to ensure proper bonding. Dry, Clean (without loose particles, dirt and contamination), sound and stable surfaces are required for bonding, performance of the product and durability of the repair. Crack present must be treated first using suitable crack filler like ECOFILL. Sprinkle water to the cleaned surface to enhance the bonding before application of INSTAPLAST. MIXING GUIDELINES (at 30°C) Add about 500-550 ml of water with 5Kg of INSTAPLAST and mix for 3 minutes. Initially the mixture may appear very dry. Keep mixing for about 3 minutes or until the slurry become warm as mentioned in the technical data sheet for ambient temperature lower than 30°C. The binder will slowly dissolve and smooth slurry will be formed. At this point it may be chosen to apply by hand or suitable applicating equipment. SITE TEMPERATURE MIXING TIME * Mixing times are based on using 20°C to 27°C temperature mixing water. During usage of higher temperature mixing water, the mixing time to be shortened appropriately.
