Tru-mark Laboratory Stirrers have maintenance free Electric or Air motors driven mixing elements ideally suited for continuous duty stirring and mixing applications. Tru-mark Stirrers have sturdy adjustable stand, low noise, smooth start and stop with heavy duty AC/ DC Universal or Induction Motors ranging from 1/12 HP to 1.5HP. and speed 100 RPM to 15000 RPM. Retort Stand height ranges from 350 mm to 1500 mm. Capacity (depending on viscosity) ranges from 1 liter to 200 liters.

Electronic or Autovariac speed control regulators are also provided on request. Coupling is of bush type or self centering chuck type. Material of construction is of Stainless Steel SS 304 or SS 316. AUTOMATIC ROTARY BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE:
FEATURES:

• This machine is designed to clean vials, bottles or other similar containers by subjecting each to a series of distinct processing operations. Independent line connection for various processing systems is provided .The machine is also equipped with one additional connection for washing or rinsing the outside of the container.
• The driving machine is arranged in the bottom part and is provided with a cone pulley and friction wheel for controlled drive.
• The rotation speed is one round per minute with capacity to wash 2000 to 4000 bottles an hour.
• The rotting plate is fitted with 16 manifold each having five spraying tulips or bottle holders. These holders are fitted with spraying nozzles and adjustable neck ring for taking various sizes of bottles.
• The machine is provided with 5 stations including one spraying on top of the bottles for outside cleaning.
• Depending on requirement of the client the remaining 4 stations can be connected to jets of detergent, Steam /Hot water and Air. The machine works on A.C.

Our manufactured 32 teeth perfume bottle valve crimping machine works with precision in its specified application. The machine is used for crimping perfume bottles . Simple in design and structure, the machine to use of which the cap to be crimped with the valve is placed on the mouth of the filled bottles. The height can be set and adjusted as per the height of thebottle and then the handle is pressed after which the Crimping get done.using the process, anybottle may be crimped but the Crimping Collet should be designed according to its size. The machine can be used to achieve an average production of about20 bottles per minute. However, this performance mostly depends on the dexterity of the operator.

Different sizes of valve can be crimped according to the requirement.
