Bottle Valve Crimper Machine

Our manufactured 32 teeth perfume bottle valve crimping machine works with precision in its specified application. The machine is used for crimping perfume bottles . Simple in design and structure, the machine to use of which the cap to be crimped with the valve is placed on the mouth of the filled bottles. The height can be set and adjusted as per the height of the bottle and then the handle is pressed after which the Crimping get done.using the process, any bottle may be crimped but the Crimping Collet should be designed according to its size. The machine can be used to achieve an average production of about 20  bottles per minute. However, this performance mostly depends on the dexterity of the operator.
Different sizes of valve can be crimped according to the requirement.
