We manufacture Evaporators up to 5 Effects, for Milk Plants and for effective evaporation of large waste water from initial feedstock, during processing. In a 5 effect plant with TVR the specific steam consumption is 0.12 Kg/Kg i.e. 1 Kg. of steam evaporates 8.33 Kg. of water.
Capacities of Water Evaporation: 500 to 22, 000 Liters per hour and has the capability to design any higher capacity. UB Projects evaporators are made with special attention to technical details involved so that there is no loss of original properties of the products like flavor, taste and color. Our equipment's accuracy in construct & mechanism ensures retained of nutrients, flavor, taste and colors even after evaporation and no degradation in the same takes place.
