QUALITYThe quality of ROTOFLUX is consistent quality warranted by thestringent testing of every single union before dispatch. Only high qualitymaterials (stainless steel, special steels, brass, carbide) are used inmaking ROTOFLUX union. The careful control of the manufacturingprocess involved in producing the necessary parts warrantees that allthe unions are manufactured within the technical specification.

ROTOFLUX BALANCED SEALINGCarbide to carbon graphite seals are used for clean water, air, vacuum, hot oil application. Carbide to carbide seals are used for application withpoor filtering water, hydraulic oil, coolant, abrasive fluids. The seal facesare micro-lapped for a perfect mating. The ROTOFLUX balanced designkeeps the specific pressure, on the seal faces, constant regardlessof the fluid pressure.

SPRINGS LOCATED OUT OF THE FLUID FLOWThree springs provide the calculated constant force required for themost appropriate specific pressure on the seal faces. The springs madewith inox steel are located outside of the fluid flow to avoid pressuredrops, turbulence and eventual vibrations and noise.
