Description : The CMC binder mixed with bentonite is use as pellet binder to improve the balling indexes of the smelting pallets, keep the fresh pallets with good antiknock performance, higher anti-pressure ability of the dry and wet ball and significantly improve the pallet grade. It will reduce 50% usage amount of bentonite in pellets and keep the fresh pallets falling increased by 3-5 times when CMC binder is used in a complex way together with bentonite and the additive amount accounts for+-2% of bentonite.
