CAT in-line homogenizer is a pilot/ production line system. A standard X1740 lab homogenizer is coupled to the DK-40 flow through chamber to create a cost effective and dedicated In-line Homogenizer.

The X-1740 homogenizer drive motor is attached to the DK-40 flow through chamber that is mounted on a horizontal plate. The chamber is fitted with Inlet and outlet tubes, two for coolant and two for samples being processed. Configuration options include same container operation, product transfer and closed-loop processing

The BeadBug is a high energy benchtop homogenizer that sets the performance standard for personal sized cell disruption and lysis instruments.

Developed for samples too tough to be homogenized in a common lab vortexer, the BeadBug provides a convenient and economical alternative to the traditional homogenizers. It is an ideal homogenizer for low to medium throughput laboratories.

Sonifiers are able to process static samples from 1ml to greater than 500 ml or flowing material up to 40l/hr. Analog units are available in two power levels. Digitally-operated units are offered in three power levels and are suggested for applications requiring higher levels of process control or parameter measurement.

Branson Sonifier ultrasonic cell disruptor / homogenizers are versatile laboratory units suitable for a broad range of liquid processing applications such as:
