This machine is required to make and cut biscuits in to the desired shape from dough sheet supplied by the sheeters gauge rollers. The dough sheet is made out of fermented dough or soft sweet dough. Powered by twin cutting roll system where one is used for printing and other for cutting for uninterrupted and for top quality production with option to use single or both cutting rolls. In double roll cutting machine the upper surface of the biscuit remains more smooth and leveled if compared with single cutting roller unit. Also, the production remains uninterrupted because of no die choking. Highlights: damping and scrapingcleaning of cutting web as standard. air blowers between gauge rolls and before cutting (optional). pneumatic side tracking control with individual speed controls (v.f.d.). independent speed control for cutting web and cutting rolls for smooth and accurate cutting. scrap pick-up with cross conveyor. swiveling type panner web with individual speed control. cas-cade control system for full line upstream and downstream speed settings
