So for regular usage, we process it with sugar and then when it is saturated in sugary syrup, they are dehydrated in sunshine until it becomes dried. Sweet Amla also known as “Candy Amla” which is used regularly as mouth freshner after having lunch or dinner. It can also be used as tonic with a cup of milk daily.
