Rollers are made up of a carbon steel pipe and galvanized to avoid corrosion and damage of the rollers as well as the material which are moving on it.Rollers are fitted with bearing on each side of it for the smooth movement of the roller on its own axis. Bearings plays a major role in any system and in the syatem of roller conveyor it plays a crucial role and hence bearing are selected considering the all design criteria and load moving on it.
