Umatech Ribbon Blender (also known as U-mixer) is designed for proven agitation action that supplied homogeneous blending with minimal time for dry granuals and powdered materials. In construction, material is charged at the top, port/ports are provided on the top cover. Material discharge height could be adjusted as per your requirement.

The critical component of blender is Ribbon and is designed and manufactured in such a way that ensures; wear resistance, corrosive resistance, vacuumed filling and efficient discharge and easy maintenance.

  • Heating / cooling jackets are also provided as per customers' requirement.
  • Available in wide range capacity from 200 to 10000 litres, in MS, SS-304, SS-316 in material of construction.
  • Centrally located material discharge valve provided (optional).
  • Dust proof cover provided on the top.
