These Shuttle Kilns are meant for Batch Type Operation. The Shuttle Kiln can be Manually Operated Controls or both Semi and Fully Automated Control Types. They can also be of Atmosphere Controlled Types depending on the products to be heated with long or short heating cooling cycle. The charge handling on the Cars can be Automated or Manually Operated depending upon the size of the Shuttle Kiln. The lining and heat insulation can be of different materials depending on atmosphere, fuel and cycle time. The temperature range of our Shuttle Kilns is upto 1650^o C.

Tunnel Kilns are designed for Continuous Operation i.e. the charge material shall enter the Kiln at room temperature and the exit temperature shall be between 80110^o C. The lining of the Tunnel Kiln also varies on the basis of emissions from product and fuel. Our Tunnel Kilns are very well controlled both in terms of temperature uniformity, atmosphere control and also control in cooling cycle. The temperature range is upto 1650^o C. We are offering the push bat kiln is a very small capacity continuous kiln where the charge is set upon moving plates on the hearth of the kiln instead of a trolley traveling across a tunnel kiln. The fuel efficiency in these push bat kilns is very high because the heat absorbed by moving plates is very small as compared to the weight of car lining material. specifications
