• FEATURESSTURDY CONSTRUCTION : Rugged body, rocking head mounted on frictionless bearings, LOW RUNNING COST: Cost of cutting vis – a vis wheel life gives an amazingly low running cost etc.

Refractory Brick Cutting Machine for cutting Refractory Blocks complete with Motor & the Slide Table is one of the quickest, easiest and most efficient ways of cutting standard refractory bricks. The specialty of this machine is the high productivity and accurate cutting of the Bricks.

• FeaturesHorizontal cutting with hand wheel which is easy to use.

This is used for cutting conical shaped sample taken from molten metal for Spectrographic Analysis. Use of Live Molten Samples gives more accurate spectrographic results.Suitable for integrated steel plants or plants where furnace is used for making direct molten samples. Cutting and testing of interior of the sample has less impurities and hence gives more accurate results.Dust extractor as an accessory for keeping sample cool and removing cutting dust.Pneumatic clamp and expulsion makes operation very user friendly.

• FeaturesEnclosed cutting chamber, Transprent sheet for viewing of the cutting etc.

This is a machine where small runner risers or investment casting components (upto10-12 mm thickness can be cut. The job is held by hand on the support of the table and moved towards the wheel where the cutting of the desired area takes place.

• power30HP

This is used in a production set up for cutting bigger diameter jobs, i.e. finished samples such as sections, rounds, square forgings etc. of ferrous material. Faster cutting due to less arc of contact between wheel and job due to oscillation of the cutting head.

The speciality of the machine is that there are two nos. Alundum discs – one with coarse polishing paper for removing the pittings etc. and other with fine polishing paper for smooth polishing suitable for Spectro-samples.
