In spite of high domestic production, China still imports about USD 20 Billion in Seafood every year to meet the current demandAs a promoter and investor in this market, and having seen the high potential and rising demand of these products in China, the Company has developed a strategic roadmap to import high quality seafood from countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, Chile, Poland, Ukraine and Germany into the Chinese market. Additionally, Ravindran has also worked in Oil and Gas industries, Power Projects including thermal, nuclear, renewable energy and textile industry. He was a key member with world’s largest ID project and in the digital space was involved in payment gateways, e-governance, smart cards and RFID. He has worked on several platforms which includes Scoasta, Master / Visa for banking segment, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle.
Currently he is associated in developing strategy and planning for consumer industries and has specialized in food commodities including commodity trade, through ecommerce for sea food, poultry byproducts and value added products.
Raghunathan has over 26 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Branding, Client/Partner/Agent Management, Corporate Communication, Government Relations and Finance across key growth industries such as Manufacturing, Water and Waste Management, Construction, Hospitality, Business process outsourcing and Trading.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics) and a Master of Science (Bio-Physics) both from the University of Madras and an MBA from Annamalai University.
Ramesh has over 30 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Corporate Communication, Government relations and Finance across Industries such as Mining, Pharmaceuticals and Agriculture.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from Osmania University and a Master of Science (Applied Geology) from IIT, Mumbai. He also holds an MBA from Osmania University.
