The Digital Pirani Vaccum Gauge helps the user to measure small pressure changes. In a Digital Pirani Vacuum Gauge, nickel and tungsten wires are used as filament. Nickel Wire does not only have higher sensitivity but also possess other advantages. The Digital Pirani Vacuum Gauge works on the theory that, when the wires heats to an optimum temperature to portray the sensitivity in the environment.
