The main components in a system are the Photovoltaic (PV) panels, Grid Interactive inverter(s), and the meter that records the amount of power produced.

PV Panels:

The PV panels convert the light reaching them into DC power. The amount of power they produce is roughly proportional to the intensity and the angle of the light reaching them. They are therefore positioned to take maximum advantage of available sunlight within siting constraints. Maximum power is obtained when the panels are able to 'track' the sun's movements during the day and the various seasons. However, these tracking mechanisms tend to add a fair bit to the cost of the system, so a lot of people either have fixed panels or compromise by incorporating some limited manual adjustments, which take into account the different 'elevations' of the sun at various times of the year. System Operation :

In the normal condition when the electricity is available, the LIFT ( Application ) is directly connected to the Main power and small portion of the Mains supply is used in charging the storage batteries. In the event of electricity failure the system instantaneously senses it and generates AC Power from the batteries. All theses activities are carried out with few seconds thus ensuring that the Applications remains without power only for few seconds. When the Main supply resumes the Applications are automatically switched over to it and a small portion of it is again utilized for charging of the batteries. This cycle is repeated again during the next power failure.

These Systems are available in various models and different capacities to suite all available Lifts & Other Various Capacities of Applications. The System is specially designed unit. Unique launches a high performance single card sinewave UPS that will work even in the remotest corner of India without maintenance headache.

The system output is a true Sine wave that is phase synchronous to the input. When the main fails, the transfer time can be from no break up to 10ms depending on the phase synchronization and the rate of mains decay.

During Mains Availability a high performance 6 stages AVR has been incorporated to give a regulated output for mains input of 120 V to 280 V. A high performance low ripple charger gives faster charging and longer battery life. Charging currents of up to 15 amps can be programmed.

System Operation :

In the normal condition when the electricity is available, the LIFT ( Application ) is directly connected to the Main power and small portion of the Mains supply is used in charging the storage batteries. In the event of electricity failure the system instantaneously senses it and generates AC Power from the batteries. All theses activities are carried out with few seconds thus ensuring that the Applications remains without power only for few seconds. When the Main supply resumes the Applications are automatically switched over to it and a small portion of it is again utilized for charging of the batteries. This cycle is repeated again during the next power failure.

These Systems are available in various models and different capacities to suite all available Lifts & Other Various Capacities of Applications. The System is specially designed unit. The battery bank has the capacity to take care of power failure for fairly long time upto 8 to 10 hrs. The common lighting load such as Staircase, Parking an also be connected on the same system. Unique launches a high performance single card sinewave UPS that will work even in the remotest corner of India without maintenance headache.

The system output is a true Sine wave that is phase synchronous to the input. When the main fails, the transfer time can be from no break up to 10ms depending on the phase synchronization and the rate of mains decay.

During Mains Availability a high performance 6 stages AVR has been incorporated to give a regulated output for mains input of 120 V to 280 V. A high performance low ripple charger gives faster charging and longer battery life. Charging currents of up to 15 amps can be programmed.
