PSA Biogas Upgrading and Purification units are designed for the biomethane generation from biogas.
The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology employs the basic principle of gas separation at ambient temperatures by using carbon molecular sieve (CMS; a material that adsorbs carbon dioxide to leave a rich stream of biomethane).

2. Laminar Air Flow
Laminar airflow is designed to move particle free air over the aseptic operating field in one direction. It can be designed to flow vertically or horizontally and is usually combined with high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters. HEPA filters remove particles > 0.3 micron in diameter with an efficiency of 99.97%.

There are different types of Hermetical doors, there are listed as under:
Sliding hermetic door – Various sizes available from 1500 to 2100 mm as per the client requirement with view window with inbuilt or without venetian blinds.
Swing Hermetic Door – The leaf is sealed along the sides and at the top to guarantee hermetic sealing. At the bottom, it is equipped with a wind stopper which drops down towards the floor, to ensure perfect sealing Doors for X-ray rooms – Our lead lined automatic doors for x-ray rooms guarantee effective isolation thanks to the lead laminate inserts both on the door and on the vision panel. Individually designed and customized for each hospital project. It is equipped with Digital Display, temperature & humidity controller, local standard time, operation time, Anaesthesia time and all medical gases alarm systems.
This Portable Concentrator is used as a means of providing continuous oxygen-enriched product gas with a purity of 90%96%(V/V) for patients, adolescent to geriatric, suffering from health conditions that cause low levels of oxygen in the blood (hypoxemia). This unit is not a life-support device. Geriatric, pediatric, or any other patient unable to communicate discomfort while using this device should receive additional monitoring.
Precise Stable High Oxygen Concentration & Real-Time MonitoringThe device can produce oxygen with a purity to be 93%±3%(V/V) (0.5L/min5L/min). An internal oxygen purity sensor can monitor the oxygen purity in real-time.

It is constructed from chromium-plated brass body, inner and external tube in crack resistant polycarbonate and stainless-steel ball.

Zonal valve box is used in the medical gas pipeline to allow maintenance of individual zones without disturbing the gas flow to other zones or to stop distribution / supply of gasses to individual zone in case of emergency. The valve box designed are to allow control of up to 6 gasses.

Gas outlets are used in hospitals for supply of various gases such as Oxygen, Vacuum, Nitrous, Co2 , Air (4 & 7 Bar) in the most efficient and fast way using special quick-action connection fittings. Gas outlets are suited for external or internal wall mountings, for bed head units and for ceiling pendant installations.
The Units Comprise of a First Fix, Second Fix and A Second Fix Valve Assembly and Connect Medical Appliances to The Gas Supply System.
Two-part outlets are composed of the base finishing part which complies to the EN ISO 7396-1 2, EN ISO 9170-1 2 standards.
The Gas outlets are Designed to Enable Gas Probes to Be Connected and Disconnected Easily and with Minimal Effort and The Same Time as Giving A Strong, Reliable And Secure Connection. They Are Available for Oxygen, Nitrous Oxide, Medical Air, Surgical Air, Medical Vacuum, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen Gas Outlets. The Terminal Units Can Be Flexibly Integrated into any type of Installation Including Surface, Flush.

The medical gases alarm panels are designed to remotely monitor the signals of medical gases installations with uninterrupted visual and sound notification capabilities to technical service personnel according to HTM 02-01.
The digital display of line pressure in psig (mm of hg in case of vacuum) with audio visual alarm for high & low pressure.
The entire system is microprocessor based for single gas to four gas systems including vacuum also blinking display for high & low alert. Calibration has been made as per ISO standards.
Automatic Manifold system provides continuous gas flow.
Unissi offers Fully automatic control panel as well as Semi-automatic control panel.
The control panel comes with Analog / Digital display to display the pressure of each incoming bank (Right or Left) and mainline gas pressure.
As soon as the gas in one bank runs below the set pressure the control panel it sounds an alarm. The fully automatic control panel switches the bank automatically whereas it is manually changes in case of Semi-Automatic control Panel.
The Display includes LED lights to indicate working conditions and alarms.
The panel comes with Modbus interface for BMS connectivity.
Area Valve Service Unit – The ASVU are fitted to all medical gas and vacuum services in a prominent and accessible position at the entry to wards, theatres, intensive care, recovery rooms, etc. The ASVU panel is conforming to EN ISO 7396-1, HTM 02-01 standards and contains in a metal box shut-off valves, pressure gauges, gas-specific connectors and low-high pressure switches.
Area Valve Service Units are manufactured under ISO standard. They provide a local gas isolation facility for use during normal installation and maintenance or in the event of an emergency. They are built in accordance with the HTM02-01 and are suitable for Oxygen, Nitrous Oxide, MA4, MA7, CO2 and Vacuum.
Master Alarm are required for all the medical facilities with medical gas systems. Master alarm monitors the source equipment, Manifold, Compressed air system, Vacuum System. It monitors the Line pressure and has audio and visual alarms.
Compressed Air system provides the required pressure and the planned flow of medical compressed air at 4 Bar & 7 Bar. These are stationary units available in several options eg: Oil free , Oil Lubricated , Reciprocating etc
It provides the required suction and the planned flow of medical vacuum for needs of vacuum suction. A very important part is treatment and cleaning of contaminated exhaust air. Therefore, it is necessary to equip each vacuum station in automatic model with perfect antibacterial filter and dirt arrester.
