We are a prominent organization that manufactures and supplies a vast assortment of Ammonia Cracking unit Gas System. NH3 gas generator produces mixture of hydrogen and nitrogenwhich is commonly used in heat treatment furnaces. Manufactured using excellent quality material and components, these rectangular furnace crackers contains retort. From these crackers, raw ammonia is first reduced to 0.5kg/cm2 through pressure regulators. Ammonia gets cracked when it comes in contact with Ni- catalyst in retort above 850 °C. The purifiers purify cracked ammonia coming out from the ammonia cracker; it removes the uncracked ammonia and the moisture up to the desired level. The offered cracker is available in a variety of sizes and performance oriented designs.
We use United make Nickel Catalyst for Ammonia Gas Generator systems.
