We offer cs globe valve. Globe valves are normally installed with flow and pressure under the plug. These valves are bi-directional and are used mainly for throttling application. Prolonged throttling at less than 10% open is not recommended due to the possiblity of excessive vibration, noise and damage to plug and seats. Globe valves when used as by-pass valve, the pressure class rating of globe valve must be minimum to that of the pipeline or main valve where the valve is going to be installed. Globe valves are normally handwheel operated upto 10" for class 150 & class 300. Gear operated from 12" and above for class 150 and class 300 and 8" and above for class 600. Valves can be supplied with actuator on customer request. Equilibrated plug design recommended for higher size (14' 150# and above) to avoid excessive operating torque.
