Bitumen Emulsion Cationic types for Road grades RS1/RS2/MS/SS1/SS2 approved under BIS 8887:2004 is Applied for all sorts of road works and as surface Dressing, Prime Coat, tack coat etc.It can be used even in the drizzle rains when Bitumen cannot be applied. It is a ready made Product and does not require heating. In Europe 70% road jobs are done with Bitumen Emulsion Cationic Type. In India also modified Bitumen Emulsion is being used for Road work in various rainy areas specially NE States due to Incessant rainfall known as Green Mix or Cold Mix. This is because we do not need to heat the Bitumen and can be mixed with stone chips directly and can be used.

Road Guard C-We are BIS licensed (BIS Licensed no. CM /L-52124443) and produce Bitumen Emulsion Cationic : I. S. 8887 / 95 & BS 434 / 84 Cold Applied Road Binder. For all sorts of road works and as surface Dressing, Prime Caot etc. It can be used even in the rainy season when bitumen cannot be applied. It is ready made Product and does not require heating. Road Guard P-OurPolymer Modified BitumenGrade PMB-120 / 70 / 40 conform to IRC - SP - 53 - 2002. It is specifically designed to meet the requirements of heavy traffic density areas at critical climatic conditions.Polymer modified bitumen is a type of bitumen modified with polymer, which is suitable for India climatic condition
Road Guard R- We manufacture Crumb Modified Bitumen(Rubber), which is available in grade CRMB 50/55 /60. It is also ideal for heavy traffic roads. It confirms to IRC-SP53 2002 & IS :15462/04
Bitumen 10/20, 20/30 for road maslic oxidised/ blown bitumen 90/15, 85/25, 115/15, 135/10, 155/7 and other grades as per customers specification
