Base mounted Reciprocating Air compressor range from 1 hp to 25 hp, working pressure for Low pressure Base mounted single stage 7 kg; Two stage 12 kg and High pressure 30 kg Its mostly used for foundries, mills, textile units and so on. Higher free air delivery at lower pressure for your specific requirements can also be offered. Water cooled after cooler, moisture separator and oil absorption filter can also be supplied for specific requirements. For base mounted units, Vertical air receivers up to 10, 000 liters capacity and working pressure 15 kgf/cm2 can be supplied.

Top blocks range from 1 hp to 20 hp, Dura line induction furnace, Steel Shell induction furnace, Steel Frame induction furnace. Top blocks are mainly use to hold the induction coil tightly in middle of the tilting furnace box with help of vertical tie rods and also give the mechanical strength to furnace assembly.

Every drier is equipped with a pre-filter, oil filter and after filter. Pre filter is fitted with double seat pneumatic auto drain valve which discharge the condensate during changeover of tower. And their box frames with complete floor stand to withstand vibration and transit damage.

Moisture Filter control the moisture from Pipe lines and compressed air, Oil filter controls the oil condenser from pipe lines and compressed air and after filter controls all the dust from pipe lines and its the last stage of filtering the air.
