The apparatus is used for the laboratory determination of permeability of soils using a constant or a variable head. This test is recommended for soils with coefficient of permeability in the range of 10 to 10 cm/sec. The maximum particle size of the soil which can be tested in the mould is 10mm.
This Three Gang Consolidation Testing Apparatus is rigidly manufactured from aluminum alloy casting to provide a high degree of accuracy with any frame distortion under load. The load bridge group is supported in high accuracy self-aligning seat balls. The beam provides three loading ratio: 9:1 10:1 11:1 and the beam assembly is fitted with an adjustable counterbalance weight. It consists of 3 consolidation test assemblies mounted on a single frame. Complete with 3 sets of Consolidation cell.
It is used for determining permeability of cement mortar and concrete specimens of 15cm cast in the laboratory. Consist of a M.S cell, water reservoir and pressure lines, with glass bottles.

The apparatus is used for specific gravity determination of concrete and aggregates. It consists a steel frame, a water container fitted in the steel frame where the height of container is adjustable, a 15kg x 0.1 gm digital balance with bottom hook and a cradle for holding testing specimens.
