UPI Abu Dhabi manufactures Spiral Wound Gravity Pipes by using Bauku technology to produce these huge pipes for major projects. The material and manufacturing technology can be used to manufacture any diameter of gravity pipe up to 3500mm.
Applications include seawater intake and outfalls, storm water drainage, sewerage and industrial applications. Manholes and tanks can also be fabricated to suit particular requirements.
UPIPPL has introduced Sprinkler System, which is available with portable HDPE pipes and various fittings with Quick Coupling attachments to suit Indian farming conditions. Light weight UPI HDPE Sprinkler Pipes & fittings enables you to install & operate the Sprinkler System in any difficult terrain at high operating pressure in desired manner.

UPIPPL and UPI Abu Dhabi fabricate PE & PP fittings to international standards to meet the specific demands of the customer. Fabricated fittings are suitable for butt-fusion, electro- fusion or mechanical joints. The size range of the fabricate PE fittings are from 110mm to 2000mm. Specially configured fittings are also manufactured according to the customers requirement. UPI Abu Dhabi also fabricates PP fittings, Manhole, Silos & Tanks. A rigorous test program ensures consistent quality for our fabricated fittings.

We have established state-of-the-art manufacturing facility of Polyethylene Pipes, fittings, Irrigation System at Survepalli village, Venkatachalam Mandal, S.P.S.R.Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, India. UPIPPL, India manufactures HDPE pipes ranging from 20mm to 630mm to match all National & International Standards of Polyethylene pipes. We also manufacture latest technology of Sprinkler Irrigation and Drip Irrigation systems.
The standard lengths of the pipes are 6 Mtrs & 12 Mtrs. However we can supply any length on customer request. Small diameter pipes from 16mm to 110mm can be supplied in coils from 100 to 500 meters. Pipes with special diameters and thickness can be manufactured for different uses such as re-lining of oil pipes and industrial application.
UPI Abu Dhabi has introduced twin walled pipes to their range. UPI Abu Dhabi also manufacture's corrugated pipe in HDPE and PP up to 1000mm dia. Such pipes include: PP and HDPE sewerage / drainage pipes to IS16098 P1 & P2 & EN 13476-3.
