Our offered Product range includes Paneer Kettle, Ghee Kettle, SS Tilting Kettle, Chemical Kettle and Manual Khoya Kettle.
URJEX MAKE SS PANEER KETTLE having various capacity would be constructed by the tested quality SS 304 plate. Outer jacket would also be constructed by adequate thickness MS plate. It would be finally insulated with Aluminum Glass Wool. Necessary bottom supported 3 Nos. structural legs to be produced & Valve & Fittings would be supplied along with Kettle and for maximum steam utilization and efficiency.
All these products are manufactured using latest machines and tools at our end. Our offered range of these products are widely used for mixing immersible liquids and dissolving solids or polymers in liquid.
URJEX MAKE STEAM JACKETTED KETTLE along with gear box & stearer arrangement will be mounted on SS Stand with tilting arrangement through worm gear / pinion. Jacket and pan made of 10 / 10 swg. Stainless Steel SS 304 completewith pressure gauge, safety valve, and steam trap. The kettle is double jacketed for maximum steamutilization and efficiency.

The Manual Khoya Making Machines are available in two models as stationary and tilting type for fast production. These are hygiene & GMP model having 20 to 100 Liters. The kettles are as flat and concaved pan type ( Depend upon type of the work). The Milk Cake Khoa ( White Milk Cake) and milk boiling is done in these kettles. TheKhoa is prepared as fast as 20 Ltr of milk within 20 minutes in 6 kg of teak wood.
