Urmi Solar Systems Ltd.

In this model water is directly heated in the solar flat plate collector and heated water goes to upper level of the insulated hot water storage tank. BENEFITS Saves 60% to 90% of your water heating Energy consumption Reliable low maintenance operation Hot water regards less of the weather. Can qualify for valuable Government environmental incentives Reduced energy use saves up to 3.2 Tones of CO2 emissions every year FEATURES Compact and light weight Durable and aesthetically designed Look Best performance and economical. Electrical back up facility for additional heating Easy to install Thermosyphon operation minimizes maintenance-no moving parts.

URMI SOLAR SYSTEMS LIMITED provides  solar  water  heaters for industrial propose and their utilities precisely by providing  engineered  solar   water  heating system. Its   product   usage   is optimum where boiler feed water is required in order to produce steam. The capacity of the solar water system is based on customer requirement. Capacity ranges from 150 LPD to 100, 000 LPD & more. Urmi solar water heater is working all over India in various applications. Industrial system is designed as per customer requirement in THERMOSYPHONE TYPE & FORCE FLOW TYPE. THERMOSYPHONE TYPE : Thermosyphone type solar water heating system is almost similar to that of domestic solar water heater and it works on same principal. This type of system is suitable where hot water usage is for Bathroom, Kitchen, and laundry use, where fix temperature is not required. Main clients are Hotel, Hospital, Hostel, Guest House, Canteen and Dharmshala. FORCED FLOW TYPE : in forced flow type system pump is utilized for forcing the water in solar flat plate collector, pump circulation is controlled by temperature controller. Thereafter heated water will get stored in insulated storage tank. In this type of system also there are two options available.   FIXED TEMPERATURE TYPE : In this type of system water enters from one side of solar collector & is heated in solar collectors up to the temperature set intemperature controller and at constant temperature heated water is stored in the insulated storage tank. Fixed Temperature Controller (F.T.C.) is used for controlling the system function. These types of system are mostly suitable in industries where temperature of hot water is required at constant degree. Application like boiler feed water, Processes water, Steam Generator etc.

URMI is manufacturing basin type solar distillation system in this system solar radiation heats water inside the basin & heats the water basin is covered by glass which protect the heat mass of water generated by solar energy, resulted water is evaporated and vapor condense on the bottom surface of the glass, and collect in the carboy put below the basin. One sq. meter area of solar distillation system generate @ 2 litre of distilled water per day. This system is used in Hospital, Laboratories, and places where problem for drinking water.   The Solar Distillation Plants can be used for producing distilled water to cater to the need of various sectors. Features Distilled water produced is used for battery charging, boilers, condensers, research laboratories, educational institutions and hospitals, other users Integral mould with easy interconnection Any desired output Negligible maintenance and simple operation

Solar dryer’s uses air heated through solar energy collector for the purpose of drying products. Drying is basically a heat and mass transfer process in which the moisture from the surface and inside of the product is vaporized and the vapor removed by flowing air. Urmi Industrial-2Solar drying or solar air heating systems is used for agricultural products, which is a traditional and widely use of solar energy. Solar drying systems are ranging from cottage industries producing small capacity cabinet dryers to very large capacity drying plants have been developed by URMI. Solar drying systems can be mainly classified on the basis of the principal mode of heat transfer employed radiative or forced convective. The type of heating collector employed, the availability of thermal storage during sun down hours, the transport medium, the rate of drying are other factors of importance for operation and cost efficiency.
