AVSil amorphous Silica Fabrics are high temperature fabrics used for a wide range of insulation and protection applications such as welding curtains, welding blankets and welding pads. AVSil has a minimum silicon dioxide content of 95% for 84CH and 168CH and 96% for 188CH. AVSil Silica Fabrics can be fabricated into many forms to withstand continuous temperatures up to 1, 900F (1, 050C). AVSil Silica Fabrics are available with our standard proprietary surface treatment for improved handling and fray resistant properties.
