GENERAL DESCRIPTION Bondor NEVERLIFT Edge-Of-Dock levelers mount to dock face and provide a working range of 5" to 5" below dock. The unit is operated by moving a lifting lever approximately 50° away from dock edge, and then returning the lever to its original vertical position. Deck and lip are constructed with high-strength steel safety tread plate, 5500 psi (or better) minimum yield. Extended life bumpers are molded of first quality rubber. Bumper blocks are 516" steel with a full length center gusset for reinforcement. Long life hinges include grease fittings throughout. OPERATION PROCEDURE Bondor NEVERLIFT is the easiest to operate of all lever-operated dock levelers in America today. Each NEVERLIFT model comes with a ball-tipped steel lever. With the lever in the operating slot, the operator simply pulls the lever to a position that is approximately 50° away from dock edge. This lifts the deck and lip. Next, the operator returns the lever to its original vertical position. This extends the unit outward and allows it to rest in the trailer. There's absolutely no required back bending, no lifting, no difficult push toward the dock edge, and no leaning over the dock edge. Just pull back, then return to the original position.

Bondor Inflatable Rail Seals' "all rectangular" design eliminates cropping of corners providing full access to door opening width. Two basic models offer maximum flexibility in sealing a variety of railside dock conditions. A 3-sided inflatable may be used where a loading dock protrudes from the building face. Bondor 4-sided, inflatable rail seals provide the finest railcar to building seal. Pressure against the railcar on all 4 sides assures a constant gasketing effect minimizing heat or refrigeration loss. Material is 18 ounce vinyl coated nylon. Shock cords are provided to help eliminate sag of deflated seal. Each rail seal includes a standard blower with a heavy duty 13 h.p., 115 volt, single phase blower with a die case aluminum housing. Electric control switch by others. A galvanized weathershield is provided for protection if blower is to be externally mounted.

Our air curtains conserve energy and improve comfort by limiting the escape of internal heat, reducing cold drafts and providing a welcoming down flow curtain of warm air at entrance ways in industrial plants and store buildings. The resulting mixture of warmed air disperses gently in all directions at floor level to give uniform temperature over a wide area from floor to ceiling with only a few degrees difference. CONVENIENCE Our air curtains allow personnel and cargo to pass freely from one area to another while maintaining desired temperatures. An added safety feature is the free flow of traffic with an unobstructed view through the opening, eliminating doorway accidents. TYPICAL USES Easily mounted over entrance ways of warehouse doors up to 16 feet high, the air curtains direct an invisible stream of stratified heated air downward. In addition to adding to employee and customer comfort during cold weather they provide important energy savings in three ways: 1. In cold weather they reduce the load on heating systems. By drawing warm air down to floor level where it is needed, our air curtains utilize the 50% of wasted heated air trapped under ceilings. Stratified air is mixed and circulated with building heat and heat given off by lights and machinery, etc. 2. The high velocity curtain of air deflects winds and reduces excessive heat loss through open doorways. 3. During warm weather they can direct a stream of air downward to help keep dust, dirt, insects and fumes from entering through open doorways. If air conditioning exists in the building during warm weather, the air curtains can be used to prevent loss of conditioned air as well.
