High Temperature Cable is crucial in a wide range of applications, including industrial, household and commercial ovens, in cooking and in drying equipment, in chemical processing and in medical equipment (e.g. in surgical devices that require sterilization in an autoclave). At Dacon, we specialize in manufacturing Insulated High Temperature and High Performance Cable. Dacon Systems can custom manufacture wire and cable to handle operating temperatures ranging from -60 Celsius up to +1200 Celsius. We also manufacture high temperature cable to meet a wide range of applicable UL standards. Dacon Systems offers multi-pair and twisted pair cable types and multi-conductor cables, all insulated as needed for the particular application. We can manufacture a range of custom cable from 2 conductors at .050 to more complex multi-conductor cables with up to 36 conductors of mixed types. In addition, Dacon can custom manufacture Thermocouple Cable and Wire which is flame resistant, withstands harsh chemical environments, and can operate in very high temperature applications, including up to 1200 C. Our custom manufactured Thermocouple Cable and Wire is used in many industrial and scientific applications due to its excellent physical and electrical properties. High Temperature Cable is available in custom sizes ranging from AWG 38 to AWG 20. Conductors which can be incorporated into our custom cable include nickel, nickel alloy and plated copper.
