We are offering n95 respirator with out valve (face mask). Surgical masks are not respirators, there is a big difference. Surgical masks are not designed for use as particulate respirators and do not provide as much respiratory protection as an n95 respirator. Surgical masks provide barrier protection against droplets including large respiratory particles. Most surgical masks do not effectively filter small particles from the air and do not prevent leakage around the edge of the mask when the user inhales. Surgical masks are designed to protect the open wound of a patient against posible infection from droplets from the doctor or nurses. N95 respiratos have different filtration efficiencies for most penetrating particle sizes of 0.1-0.3 microns and at least 95% filtration efficiency for nacl particles.
