Incorporates new design with reduced footprint internal installation fixture. SIZES: Accommodates industry standard Size 3 cable tie straps. Standard 1.25" diameter round baseplate, with optional 0.75" X 1.25" trimmed baseplate available. Product available in standoff lengths of 0.375" to 2.000". Fixture simplifies receptacle installation by providing bondline clamp up and maintenance of concentricity with the fastener hole. SIZES: Two sizes available: Size 5, for use with Series 2600 & 2700 Camloc style studs and Size 7, for use with Series 4002 Camloc stud. MATERIALS: Receptacle is Glass-filled PEI Thermoplastic. Optional epoxy primer on bonding surface. Stud hardware not supplied with receptacle.

Spacer Bushing, Locking Thread Spacer bushing with locking thread enables localized compressional reinforcement of and attachment to panel structure. Supplied with disposable elastic installation fixture. 1.25" Flange Diameter. SIZES: Imperial fine thread sizes 6-32 (.138"-32) to 38-24 (.375"-24), Imperial coarse thread sizes 10-24 (.190"-24) and 14-20 (.250"-20). MATERIALS: Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, 300 Series Stainless Steel, Titanium. FEATURES: Standard 1.25" diameter flanges, with optional .75" x 1.25" trimmed flanges. Locking thread incorporates MS21209 compliant insert, meets tensile strength requirements for NASM25027 shear nuts, and accepts screws with MIL-S-8879 UNJ threadform. Optional non-locking thread available.

Open Nutplates secure panels, skins, and access covers in applications where fluid or pressure sealing is not required. Variants with clip retained nut elements permit post-installation nut replacement.

Sealed Nutplates are ideal for closeout of fluid-filled bays and tanks or pressure vessels and are suitable for submerged application in aerospace fuels and industrial fluids when installed with compatible adhesives.

Sleeved Nutplates integrate Click Bond's ACRES® sleeve and bonded nutplate technologies to create a rivetless nutplate that simultaneously provides protection andor repair of fastener holes. Cold working is provided by nutplates in the FLEXBOND® range of fatigue life enhancement products.

Nutplate Channel is available in adhesive bonded double and triple nut configurations for repair applications requiring replacement of traditional riveted nutplate gang channel.
