Spacer bushing with locking thread enables localized compressional reinforcement of and attachment to panel structure. Supplied with disposable elastic installation fixture. 1.25" Flange Diameter.
SIZES: Imperial fine thread sizes 6-32 (.138"-32) to 38-24 (.375"-24), Imperial coarse thread sizes 10-24 (.190"-24) and 14-20 (.250"-20).
MATERIALS: Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, 300 Series Stainless Steel, Titanium.
FEATURES: Standard 1.25" diameter flanges, with optional .75" x 1.25" trimmed flanges. Locking thread incorporates MS21209 compliant insert, meets tensile strength requirements for NASM25027 shear nuts, and accepts screws with MIL-S-8879 UNJ threadform. Optional non-locking thread available.
