The Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Head can be equipped with any Sato, Datamax or Zebra OEM print engine. Print engines are available in either 203 DPI, 300 DPI, or 600 DPI depending on the printer model, with print speeds of up to 12" per second. The print & apply label machine handles a 12" O.D. roll and has full roll rewind capacity. The simple controller package features internal product time delay to make adjustments to the label placement on the product easy. Applicators are bolt on, making them interchangeable should the nature of the application change. The Series 20 comes standard with a PLC and LCD operator interface. Features include built in product counter and up to 50 recipe set-up storage locations. This controller can be replaced with the Allen Bradley 1500 Micrologix PLC control package. All Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Heads are equipped with a 12" O.D. unpowered unwind assembly with a dancer arm controlled brake.
