Tiller clamps are made for temporary or security connections in non-load bearing applications. They allow for fast, easy connection when securing two assemblies together or when forming a loop from a single cable. Lexco Cable offers tiller clamps with your choice of fastening bolt: Allen, Phillips, or Tamper-Proof. The Tamper-Proof bolt is ideal for retail or trade show environments. The Phillips bolt is suitable for E-stop lanyards. Tiller clamps have a plain zinc finish and upon special request we can furnish them with a black finish, desirable for high-end security lanyards. Our tiller clamps are available in 3mm and 4mm sizes, both made from top quality die-cast zinc.

Safe-Line Clamps FF-C-450, MS16843

Lexco Cable offers Safe-Line wire rope clamps to meet FF-C-450 Type IV and MS16843 specifications. These clamps are designed only for use with 6x19 class IWRC and 7x19 right regular lay constructions. Available sizes range from 18 to 34". Safe-Line wire rope clips are cadmium plated and include a two-piece plug and cold-finish bar steel socket. They provide clean profiles similar to swaged fittings, because only one piece is needed per loop. When properly installed, they are rated to 90% efficiency of the cables nominal break strength.
