Our Complete range of products are Submersible Turbine Pumps, G4 Progressing Cavity Pump, 2000WB Close Coupled Pump, High Head Self-Priming Pumps and 2000WA Close Coupled Pump.
Submersible Turbine Pumps Griswold 4", 6" and 8" Submersible Turbine pumps are designed for wide variety of applications.farm, home, irrigation, industry, municipal and commercial use.
The high-efficiency G4 progressing cavity pumps 45inlet lowers friction loss and provides for gentler handling of the product. Fluid Type High solids Benefits Universal joint that is out of the fluid flow path for unobstructed flow to the pump cavity inletLower overall system pressureConstant, non-pulsating flow imparts less stress on piping machinery and drive systemsPatented auger feed on the rotor head smoothly stuffs product directly into the cavity without obstructionRotor configuration is designed to enhance flow of high solids content materials and optimize volumetric efficiencyTypical Applications Pharmaceutical pastesHeavy petroleum sludgesPlasticizersMunicipal sludge in excess of 30% solidsPaper stock in excess of 12% solids
The 2000WB close coupled pump is specifically designed for lower pressure, lower flow applications that do not require the full features and benefits of the 2000G1 pump. The 2000WB model features a traditional close coupled design where the loads are supported by the gear reducer bearings. This design reduces the overall stress that can occur in the gear reducer. The 2000WB is specifically designed for applications that require the transfer of highly viscous fluids and solids where a close coupled configuration is preferred, but the robustness of a gear joint is desired. Features and Benefits Traditional close coupled designNo shaft bearingsThrust and radial loads supported by the bearings in the gear reducerTypical Applications Municipal Wastewater TreatmentPulp and PaperOil and GasFood WastePetrochemical
High Head Self-Priming PumpsGriswold's High Pressure H Series pumps offer performances previously unavailable. Ideally suited for applications where relatively clean water is needed at higher pressures. For fire protection, marine, forestry, irrigation, industrial ancd commercial applications.
The 2000WA close coupled pump is specifically designed for lower pressure, lower flow applications that do not require the full features and benefits of the 2000G1 pump. The 2000WA features a close coupled design that has integral bearings that support the radial thrust loads that can be seen at the rotorstator. This design reduces the overall stress that can occur in the gear reducer. The 2000WA is specifically designed for applications that require the transfer of highly viscous fluids and solids where a close coupled configuration is preferred, but the robustness of a gear joint is desired. Features and Benefits Close coupled bearing housing designBearings integral to adapter housingUses standard size keyed gear reducer shaftSealed gear-type universal joint drive trainTypical Applications Municipal Wastewater TreatmentPulp and PaperOil and GasFood WastePetrochemical
