Your packaging requirements may include thermoformed packaging – trays, clamshells, blister packs, displays or box inserts. We can design and manufacture parts in a wide variety of plastics, gauges and grades for the consumer product, food, medical and electronic markets using standard or recycled materials. Our selection of materials include HIPS, PVC, APET, RPET, PETG, HDPE and PP, depending on the specific product, package, sterilization and distribution requirements.

If serious concerns for the environment influence your custom packaging decision, consider PaperFoam®. As its name suggests, it provides lightweight, molded, protective cushioning for your fragile products, but just as critical to you and your customers, PaperFoam is completely biodegradable, even compostable. PaperFoam is a starch-based product—using all natural ingredients, and offering a unique alternative to traditional packaging materials. It is formed through injection molding, allowing infinite freedom of design, detail and colors. With a four-star bio-based Vinḉotte rating, PaperFoam is manufactured without using fossil fuels, presents a low carbon footprint from renewable resources and is recyclable in the wastepaper stream.

Corrugated is paper-based and constructed with an arched layer of fluting between smooth liner sheets. The arched layer provides a very high strength-to-weight ratio. Extremely durable and versatile, corrugated is also economical and lightweight, making it perfect for use as shipping containers and protective packaging, which maximize efficiency and minimize cost. Some solutions combine paperboard, PaperFoam®, corrugated and rigid materials to create the best package.

Solid Bleached Sulfate is a premium coated grade, made from at least 80 percent virgin bleached wood pulp, used in medical packaging, milk cartons, aseptic drink boxes, cosmetic packaging, frozen food packaging and candy boxes. It is usually coated with kaolin clay to improve its printing surface and may also be coated with polyethylene resin for wet strength. Coated Unbleached Kraft Paperboard possesses superior strength. It is usually coated with kaolin clay to improve its printing surface and may also be coated with polyethylene resin for wet strength in frozen goods packaging, beverage cartons and carriers and pharmaceutical packaging. Uncoated Recycled Paperboard is produced from 100 percent recovered paper collected from paper manufacturing and converting plants and post-consumer sources. Examples of its use include shoeboxes, composite cans and fiber drums. Coated Recycled Paperboard starts out the same as its uncoated version, but is typically coated with a thin layer of kaolin clay over a top ply of white recovered fiber to improve its printing surface for soap and laundry detergent packaging, paper goods packaging, cake mix and cereal boxes and other dry food packaging.
