PSIs standard and custom made urethane formulations are wear and cut resistant, can carry up to four times higher load than rubber, and stand up to harsh environments. That makes PSIs urethane rollers the perfect solution for high-stress applications, such as load wheels, conveyors, and pulleys. PSI produces a wide range of polyurethane rollers including: conveyor rollers, wheels, V-rollers, nip rollers, idler rollers, feed rollers, pulleys, drive wheels, ringer rollers, and custom shaped urethane rollers. PSIs in-house machine shop provides the ability to fabricate new polyurethane rollers, as well as re-cover existing rollers. Our precision grinding insures required dimensional tolerances and surface finish. Our staff can assist you with urethane roller design and formulation selection all the way through prototyping to full production.

PSIs rods are made of tough, crack-resistant, and abrasion-resistant polyurethane, which lasts significantly longer than conventional rubbers and plastics. We provide custom diameters, lengths, hardness, and colors with little or no tooling costs.
