Discharge Screen Printing is a special technique, which is used in the screen printing industry to achieve a no ink feel. It shows the garments natural fibre instead of laying a thick layer of plastisol ink on top of the garment. By itself, discharge ink removes the dye of the cotton fibre when it hits a certain temperature. We use Discharge Inks on all garments 100% cotton or 80% cotton/20% polyester. Any other blended garment will be analysed and printed with the best inks to render the maximum results.
