Feather-Weight Aircraft CarpetThe Feather-Weight Aircraft Carpet offered by SCS Interiors is a quarter-inch thick carpet with a dense pile. It is available in seven colors and is sold by the unit with a minimum purchase of one unit. A unit measures 12 inches in length by 72 inches in width by 14 inch thick. When ordering additional units, the material will grow by 12 inches in length per unit ordered. The 72 inch width will remain the same. The carpet unit weighs about eight ounces. While not as thick as our regular carpet products, this carpet would be ideal for experimental aircraft and other applications such as dash pads, baggage areas, curved parts, etc. where it would be affixed into place. The carpet meets 23.853 horizontal burn requirements. If you want a Burn Certification, you need to complete all of the aircraft information.
