The Apollo Lockout Tagout accessory for actuators complies with OSHA1910.147 guidelines. It insures complete lockout capability in both the fullyopen or the fully closed position. Its design prevents accidental or malicioustampering of an automated valves orientation.The housing is constructed in investment cast 316SS, the fasteners, the lockpin, and the coupling are made of 300 Series stainless steel. This ruggedconstruction, plus two acetal bushings located above and below the coupling, assures the strength and support necessary to withstand the torque andtorsion generated by the actuator mounted above.
