TBL manufactures and stocks a wide variety of high-purity barbed, Tri-Clamp compatible fittings for the BioPharmaceutical and single-use disposable industry. Our fittings meet USP Class VI and FDA requirements, and are widely accepted for contact with pharmaceutical products. Our barb sanitary adapter fittings are compatible with all standard sanitary clamps, including our Bio-Ease+ Sanitary Clamp. Some standard materials include animal-derived ingredient free (ADIF) Polypropylene and PVDF (KYNAR), both of which have excellent chemical resistance. TBL also offers custom packaging in our state-of-the-art ISO Class 7 cleanroom. While both materials are autoclavable, PVDF will withstand higher temperatures than that of polypropylene before breaking down.
