Tin King USA utilizes equipment capable of manufacturing Heavy Gauge Tins. We have the ability to produce Heavy Gauge Tins utilizing tinplate material that is up to .9mm or 36 pt. (.036”) thickness. The shape and design will determine which tinplate would be acceptable for our equipment. Certain limitations do apply. Some of our applications for Heavy Gauge Tins include light switch wall plates, business card cases, serving trays, metal signs and more. Furthermore, Heavy Gauge Tins can be printed litho quality in 200 line screen with many features such as various printing ink combinations, metallic inks, many finishes (gloss, matte, crackle, brushed, sand, etc), tinplate thickness options, embossing / de-bossing, PVC windows and more. Our Heavy Gauge Tins provide an alternative for those heavy gauge applications that require much more hand labor.
