VelvaFlex is a rubberized asphalt emulsion that provides a flexible bond between the walls of the crack. Wont crack in cold weather and wont soften in hot weather, (and wont "track" on your shoes) Preparation Completely clean and rout pavement cracks. For best results, depth of fill should not exceed 12". Water-soluble until dry, so do not apply if rain is forecast within 24 hours.
