The AM-2 Panel provides plumbing and electrical controls for Self Cleaning hoods when the design of the application does not allow for a utility cabinet on the end of the hood.The Self Cleaning Option is intuitive: At the beginning of the day the fan switch is turned to ON and the fans start running.The AM-2 Control Panel can be ordered in conjunction with an electrical control prewire for full control of the fans and wash cycle, Model M40.
