Short Flute LengthA short flute length enables the operator to short chuck on his drill, giving him a stornger more rigid drill with minimum breakage and a straight pilot hole. (12 of flute length on a .020 diameter drill is proportionally the same as 6-14 flute length on a 14 diameter drill.) Fast Spiral & Helical FluteThe fast spiral withdraws the graphite chip out of the hole better than the ordinay fluted drill. The fast spiral flute makes the drill more rigid which means less breakage and straighter holes. The flutings acute spiral angle brings out more chips on each retracting. The flute angle gives positive withdrawal of the complete chip load. Theres little or none left to be gathered up on re-entrynon left at the bottom to compact at drill-point contact. Broader PointsThese drills have 135 points instead of the 118 points of conventional drills. These broader points will give you longer drill life because of less chip load. They also follow the pilot hole better which means straighter holes. These drills are specifically designed for you, the Flush-Hole Drilled, to give maximum performance. **All orders must be purchased in quantities of 12 per size.
