GRAMICID-102is the Silica R.O Antiscalant specially designed to inhibit scale formation in the membrane separation system.
It is specially designed forsilica control andsilica foulingin the R.O membranes. It is completely suitable for being added to drinking water system.
The Silica R.O Antiscalant is ideally suited for High Silica level in water. It is used for removing scale and fouling in the R.O system along with the high dispersion of silica on the wall surfaces of reverse osmosis system. The performance of R.O membrane gets negatively impacted due to suspended mineral scale, microorganisms and solids.
This Antiscalant is formulated by using quality ingredients meets the purpose of improvising the performance of R.O systems by supremely eliminating scale, corrosion, dispersed content and reduce operational shutdown time.
APPLICATION AND DOSAGE
GRAMICID-101 and GRAMICID-102 are dosed directly to the R.O feed water tank or feed water line (after pre-treatment) at the recommended dosing, subject to inlet water quality and parameters is respect of Calcium Hardness, Iron, TDS, Alkalinity, pH and silica content.
1-5 ml. in 1000 litres of feed Water. It is non-corrosive in nature. Please consult our technical executive for exact dosage.

GRAMICID-121is a formulated blend of cleaners for removal of carbonate, metal oxide, fluoride, iron, Silica and sulphate scales of Barium, Strontium, Magnesium and Calcium in reverse osmosis systems.
It minimizes the risk of scaling and eliminates the use of harmful acids, resulting in efficient plant operation with highest possible conversion rate.
It also removes organic and dead biological matter.
