Oil Fired Thermic Fluid Heater it has three pass vertical coil type forced draft forced circulation fully automatic thermic fluid heater designed to suit operating temperature up to 350 deg C MAXIMUM. Unique liquid sealing system provided in the system to prevent oxidation enhance the thermic fluid life. Filling of th system is form the bottom drain tank even overflow connected to drain tank to avoid hot oil wastage.

Dust proof boiler control panel as per required IP protection can be supplied.Energypacksupplied marine proof/explosion proof control panel.

Heat recovery system ( Ecconomiser) to pre heat the feed water supplied as optional item for increasing over all efficiency of steam generating plant.

All coal/wood/briquette fired steam boilers are supplied with ID fan having double ball bearing which ensures long trouble free operation at 1100 rpm. Induced draft fan are designed for suitable capacity & head as per the system pressure drop.

IBR boilers are having double gauge glass cock set, which will be provided with drain connected to common header with glass to see the water/steam draining operation.

Air preheaters are provided for solid/liquid fuel to increase the furnace temperature & for better combustion with the help of exhaust flue gases, which will increase overall efficiency of heating system.
