U-Tech carding wheels are made for the grinding of tops and fillets of carding cloth. The rubber bonded wheels are suitable for use on high & low Carbon, Stainless Steel & other wires. The wheels are made for both grinding and finish applications and are available in a range from coarse 60 grit to fine 800 grit, depending on the application & finish required. An application such as thread grinding requires high speed, super balanced with high material removal with requirements varying in the micros. Least to say, generating thread on taps by grinding isn’t easy.

U-Tech is a leader in wheels for the tool industry. We manufacture Rubber, hot press modified rubber & resin wheels. We manufacture wheels for mini drills from 1.5 mm onwards. Our unique process gives our wheels the definitive edge in precision flute grinding. These high density wheels, are manufactured to run at more than 80 MPS, and ensures excellent profile holding capabilities together while maintaining long wheel life. The wheels are made with high performance abrasives and super abrasives like ‘Seeded Gel’ for far greater performances. It achieves a high surface finish without burning. The wheels are suitable for Drills & Taps made of HSS.

U-TECH manufacturers F-Type & Duplex nut inserted Grinding wheels in special Epoxy & modified bond for critical applications, requiring a good finish with material removal & long life. All our Epoxy wheels give a freer cut, and reduces dressing to a bare minimum. At present, we manufacture wheels upto 500mm diameter.
